Ski Conditions

    The Out of Control Ski Club promotes snow sports including downhill skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing and racing.
    The Club offers weekday and weekend bus trips at great discount rates.

    Group trips are scheduled throughout the snow season. Off season sports and social activities are regularly scheduled. The OC Ski Club has something for everyone.

Our Winter Schedule of meetings (weekly, Thursdays) started in October and runs through April.

Don't wait until the last minute. Sign up for Day buses before it's too late! Noon Wed. for Friday Buses and Noon Friday for Sunday AND Monday Buses. But remember, when inventory is gone, the Bus is full and PayPal will not let you sign up. We MUST have at least 70 people to order the 2nd bus

  • ONLY a Member or Applicant may sign up a Guest and MUST be also riding the bus that day - please enter the guest's name and not your own; the Bus Committee does not have time to track this information down and tie it all together!!!
  • Reminder: Browns has reminded us that RED Wine is not allowed on the motorcoaches. Please be considerate of this request. We are allowed much more leeway than other customers and wish to continue an excellent relationship with Browns

    Nominations for 2017/2018 Officers & Board Opened last Thursday (March 23rd) and will continue at this Thursdays' (March 30th) meeting

    Well it's hard to believe, but it's time to think about the OC officers and board members for the 2017-18 season.

    The club nominations are held March 23 and March 30.

    The OC annual election will held two weeks later - on April 13.

    So start thinking about who you want to represent you as OC officers and board members.

    There are five Officers: President, Vice Pres. Administration, Vice President Skiing, Secretary & Treasurer

    The PCC has asked us to notify our membership that NO outside Beverages are allowed to be brought into our meeting room, even bottled water; they sell beverages at the bar and this poses a conflict

    The Buses are rolling and in order to ride the bus at Membership rates you must have a current Membership Card (2016/2017 season with ending May 31, 2017 on the card) or you will be paying the guest fee to ride. Unfortunately, if you've not paid those dues yet you will be paying the late fee.

    • Download the form from the website or print it from the Liftline newsletter and mail it in with your payment
    • Use our handy online option
    • Come to the meetings to pay:  Thursday evenings at the PCC
    • Got your card already?? GOOD FOR YOU!!! NOW, make a copy or take a picture of that card. Carry that picture on your smartphone or in your wallet so that you will have a backup in the event that you misplace the card.

    Meeting times

    Don't forget:  Committee tables hours are between 6:30 and 8:30 pm.

    The Business meeting will begin at 7:30, except on the first Thursday of the month when the Board meets.

    The Board will continue to meet from 7:00-8:00 and on those nights, the Business Meeting and announcements will begin at 8:00 pm.
