All
rides start at 6:00 p.m. You should be ready to go at that time. This is
especially important early in the season when daylight is shorter. See the
Ride Schedule for the location of the start. Generally, mountain bikes are
not suitable for the Pleasure Ride, although stronger riders on hybrids and
mountain bikes have had no problem keeping up with the Fitness Ride. A
helmet is required on all club rides. You should carry a pump and a spare
inner tube to fit your tires. A flashing taillight is recommended.
