O.C. Ski Club: Day Bus Policy

Alpine Bus Committee:
Sunday & Happy Hour Buses - Dan Heaney & Kathie Arnold
Weekday Buses - Joan Savage

Cross Country - OCXC: Sandy Costanzo, Joe Murphy & Pati Peebles

During each meeting, there will be tables labeled:
"Sunday Buses", "Weekday Buses" and "Cross Country Buses"
with a signup sheet for the upcoming day ski trip. If we get a minimum of 21 people to sign up the Club will run a bus. The number of people who signup on Thursday night determines the number of buses that will be ordered and available for the ski trip. The buses arrive at the Parking lots 1/2 hour prior to departure . The signup count must be accurate as it's too late on the day of the trip to order another bus and the Club pays for buses ordered and not used. If you cannot make the meeting but wish to ski, have a friend who's going to the meeting sign you up.
