Ski Instruction |
Ski Instruction is available and it is FREE. Ski instruction is offered on most bus trips including Sunday, Happy Hour, and Weekday Buses when instructors are available. Most of our ski instructors are PSIA certified and teach Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding, and Telemark Skiing. Signup for snow sport instruction at our weekly meetings, some signups will be done on the bus if space is available.

Club buses |
As soon as there is enough snow to slide
on and a ski area is open, our organization will run a ski bus to that
area. Just about every week our ski buses will go to one of the
many winter destinations available to us in the northeast.
If you are a member or applicant you can ride the bus to and from the destination of the day. By participating in our bus trip, you will have the benefit of getting Discounted Group lift tickets at the resort we visit. Sunday and Happy Hour buses depart the Albany area at 6:30 am SHARP and leave the ski area at 5:00pm SHARP. Weekday buses depart the Albany area at 7:00 am SHARP and leave the ski area at 5:00 pm SHARP. Normally, we will arrive back in Albany somewhere between the hours of 7:00 to 8:00 PM, depending upon weather and how far we travel for the day.
Please visit the Bus Schedules for pick up locations and additional information.
Please read the Bus Policy.

Club
racing program |
For those who are interested, we participate in
intra-club races with the other clubs in the Capital District Ski
Council. Each winter season the individual clubs sponsor a race at one
of the northeast ski areas. These races provide an opportunity for
our ski / board racers to hone and test themselves against competitors
of similar skills.
Aside from a day of racing, these events
offer the opportunity for our members to mingle with the members of the
other ski clubs in our area.
